Effective date: September 19, 2026.
Booking confirmation
A request is not confirmed until the selected Creative accepts and the required Client payment succeeds. Availability is informational until confirmation. Users must review the Creative, service, duration, price, city, exact meeting address, project details, deliverables, usage expectations, and date and time before paying.
Changes
Material changes require agreement between the Client and Creative through a recorded Shootr communication or updated booking flow. A requested change is not accepted merely because it was sent. Changes may affect price, duration, availability, deliverables, or cancellation treatment.
Meeting address
The participants must agree to the meeting address before the live job begins. Exact booking addresses are limited to authorized participants and should not be posted publicly. Users must choose a lawful and reasonably safe location and follow venue rules.
Late arrival and no-shows
Users are expected to arrive on time and should communicate directly if an unavoidable delay occurs. A 15-minute grace period applies. A Client’s late arrival does not extend the scheduled end time. A late Creative must still provide the full purchased duration. After 15 minutes without arrival or communication, the attending user may report a no-show. For a verified Client no-show, the Creative receives 50% of the booking price, capped at $50, without a Shootr marketplace fee, and the remaining balance is refunded. For a verified Creative no-show, the Client receives a full refund and the Creative receives no payout.
Cancellations
Use the in-app cancellation tool. A Client who cancels at least 48 hours before the job receives a full refund. A cancellation 24–48 hours before the job has a 25% charge capped at $50. A cancellation less than 24 hours before the job has a 50% charge capped at $50. The remaining balance is refunded, the charge is paid to the Creative, and Shootr waives its marketplace fee on that compensation. A non-emergency Creative cancellation within 48 hours receives a warning for the first incident and a strike for a repeated incident; the Client receives a full refund.
Completion and disputes
The Creative marks completion after the scheduled work or a Shootr Delivery. The Client has 24 hours to confirm completion or report a material issue. If no issue is reported, Shootr may automatically complete the booking and make eligible earnings available. A material issue holds payout and reopens Shootr Delivery. The Creative has 72 hours to send corrected work unless both parties agree in writing to more time, followed by a new 24-hour Client review. Corrections cover only the original agreed scope and do not create unlimited revisions or new work. An unresolved issue may enter Shootr’s dispute process.
Ratings and reviews
Ratings must relate to a genuine booking and may distinguish whether the author participated as a Client or Creative. Shootr may remove ratings that are fraudulent, retaliatory, irrelevant, abusive, or otherwise violate policy.
