Community Guidelines

Standards for a safe, respectful creative community.

Effective date: September 19, 2026.

These Guidelines supplement the Shootr Terms of Service and apply to profiles, posts, comments, messages, bookings, reviews, gear listings, delivery files, live jobs, and other activity.

Be respectful and honest

Do not harass, threaten, stalk, bully, discriminate against, exploit, impersonate, defraud, dox, or intimidate another person. Do not manipulate ratings, reviews, bookings, payments, availability, or identity information. Reviews must reflect a genuine booking experience.

Prohibited sexual and exploitative content

Do not upload or attempt to upload pornography, sexually explicit material, sexual exploitation, nonconsensual intimate imagery, child sexual abuse material, or any sexualized content involving a minor. Serious conduct may result in immediate account termination, preservation of relevant records, and reporting when legally required.

Illegal, dangerous, and harmful activity

Do not use Shootr for illegal services, credible threats, violence, trafficking, controlled-substance transactions, weapon sales, fraud, malware, extortion, or activity that creates a serious risk of harm. Shootr is not an emergency service; contact local emergency services when anyone is in immediate danger.

Intellectual property and privacy

Upload only content you are authorized to use. Do not publish another person’s private information, confidential materials, image, likeness, music, work, or property without the required rights or consent.

Safe marketplace conduct

Communicate material booking details accurately, keep payment and booking records truthful, respect agreed boundaries, and do not pressure users to move communication or payment outside Shootr to evade protections or fees. Do not list stolen, counterfeit, recalled, dangerous, or illegal gear.

Moderation and enforcement

Shootr may use automated and human review and keep content non-public while review is pending. An ordinary first violation may receive a warning; a repeated violation may receive a strike, followed by feature restrictions, suspension, or termination for continued violations. Severe conduct—including sexual content involving minors, credible threats, fraud, or an immediate safety danger—may bypass warnings and result in immediate restriction, suspension, termination, preservation of evidence, or referral to appropriate authorities.

Report, block, and appeal

Use in-app report and block controls when available. Include truthful, relevant details and do not submit abusive or retaliatory reports. A user may request review of an eligible moderation action through Shootr Support; restoration is not guaranteed while an appeal is pending.
