Real-world services
Shootr payments relate to real-world creative services between Clients and Creatives. They do not purchase digital app features or unlock digital content.
Stripe
Stripe processes payments and connected-account payouts. Creatives using payout features are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement and applicable Stripe Services Agreement. Stripe processes personal data under Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
Currency and availability
Current booking prices and charges are in US dollars (USD). Creator payout onboarding currently supports United States accounts. Payment and withdrawal availability depend on Stripe verification and account eligibility; app access does not guarantee payout eligibility in another country.
Client payments
The app displays the booking price and applicable information before payment. A payment is not complete until server records confirm success. A failed, reversed, disputed, or fraudulent payment does not create a right to receive services.
Creator fees and earnings
Shootr may deduct the platform fee shown in the app, along with any disclosed payment, refund, dispute, tax, reserve, or adjustment amount. Current creator tiers may use different fee percentages based on completed work and tier requirements. The fee displayed for the transaction controls unless corrected for a clear technical error.
Payout eligibility
Funds shown as pending are not yet withdrawable. Earnings become available only after the completion and review process, any applicable waiting period, and successful payment verification. An open dispute, chargeback, refund, safety investigation, negative balance, or Stripe requirement may delay or reduce availability.
Withdrawals
Stripe verifies connected accounts and bank information. Users may choose an available withdrawal amount where the product permits. Bank processing times, Stripe restrictions, holidays, account status, and negative balances can affect timing. Shootr never needs a user to send a password or full bank credential through messages.
Taxes and records
Users are responsible for their own tax, licensing, and reporting obligations. Shootr or Stripe may request legally required information and provide transaction or tax documentation. Receipts and earnings records are private to the account and relevant transaction participants, subject to lawful disclosure.
Refunds, disputes, and chargebacks
Client cancellations at least 48 hours before a job receive a full refund. Cancellations 24–48 hours before a job carry a 25% charge capped at $50; cancellations less than 24 hours before a job carry a 50% charge capped at $50. The charge goes to the Creative without a Shootr marketplace fee. A verified Client no-show provides the Creative 50% of the booking price capped at $50, also without a Shootr marketplace fee, and refunds the remainder. A verified Creative no-show receives no payout and the Client receives a full refund. Users should first report an issue through Shootr and provide truthful evidence. Shootr may hold payout, investigate, correct records, issue adjustments, and cooperate with Stripe.
