Delete inside the app
For the fastest self-service option, sign in to Shootr and open Settings → Manage account → Delete account. Shootr will ask you to confirm your password before the request is completed.
Request deletion from the web
If you cannot access the app, submit the form below using the email connected to your Shootr account. We may contact you to verify ownership before deleting the account. Never include your password, bank details, or payment-card information.
If the form does not work, email founder@shootrapp.com from the address connected to your account.
What is deleted
After verification, Shootr deletes or anonymizes the account, profile, uploaded profile and portfolio media, posts, and other account data that is no longer needed to operate or protect the service.
What may be retained
Limited payment, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, safety, security, and legal-compliance records may be retained when required or permitted by law. Information another user must retain for a completed transaction may also remain in that user’s records. Shootr does not retain your full payment-card or bank-account credentials.
Active bookings
If an account has an unresolved active booking, Shootr may first require the booking to be completed, canceled, or resolved so the rights and payments of everyone involved are protected.
